I measured the total driver turnover percent in [location of conflict management seminar] for the eight weeks prior to the seminar and the eight weeks after the seminar. The results show a 5% decrease in driver losses!  We are very pleased with that result. I still hear people walking around muttering FOBFO to themselves as they are going to address a problem with someone.
