Motivation
The best motivation to do our best work comes from within. The key to energizing others, then, lies in the ability to understand and act on those elements that internally motivate. When workers feel like they are valued as whole people and recognized for their contributions, they are more likely to be inspired to go above and beyond for the organization. With their passion for the work restored, people will be more willing to share their ideas and innovations. Few leaders are trained in the ways of motivation, and so they fail to engage their teams effectively. The programs Jayne offers in this area will help you create an energizing workplace that fuels creativity, productivity, and positive attitudes.

Leadership
Leading others is the most challenging role you will ever play. To do it well is to master any art or skill: it takes time, patience, and practice. Most of all, successful leadership requires training. Managers, for example, often are promoted into their positions because they have track records of success in specialist positions, not because they are born leaders. Training then becomes essential for managers to navigate their new roles. But leadership training isn’t just for managers—anyone can use these tools to take on a leadership role without waiting for a promotion. Leadership is a mindset and a set of behaviors, NOT a position or a title. The programs Jayne offers in this area will help you lead in a way that best suits your style while adapting to the needs and wants of the people around you.
